    Individual Therapy (Adults)

    We offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly individual therapy sessions, depending on the client’s needs. Although we specialize in Anxiety, ADHD, Relationship Issues, Trauma, and Men’s Issues, we can work with a wide range of presenting issues.

    Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidenced-based psychotherapy modality that is primarily used to reprocess and desensitize traumatic events and memories.
